What is WatchBands’ satisfaction guarantee?

All items are covered by a 30 day free defective replacement warranty and 60 day repair warranty.

What currency is the price in?

Price listed on our website are in dollars and automatically converted in local currency.

Is shipping really free? Which countries does WatchBands ship to?

Yes!  WatchBands offers free world wide shipping on all items over 30$!

In the checkout page, there are usually three shipping methods.

Free Shipping : Orders are shipped with normal airmail with or without tracking number.

Standard Shipping : Orders are shipped with normal airmail with or without tracking number.

Express Shipping: Express shipping if you need the order urgent, you can pay the express fee for your order. Purchasing express shipping only affects postal service mailing time, it does not affect WatchBands processing time.

When will I receive my order?

Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door.  Here are those steps:

  • Step 1: Payment confirmation within 0 to 3 business days
  • Step 2: Order processing within 1 to 3 business days
  • Step 3: Order packaging within 1 to 2 business days
  • Step 4: Shipping within 9 to 21 business days for Standard / Free Shipping and 7 to 15 business days for Express Shipping

Please note that Express Shipping is not available for some countries.

All times listed are estimates and are not guaranteed. Exact time varies with exact destination. Holiday season orders can experience 2-3 week delays.
